Oreaganomics - "Everything Is Legal" Review

I recently came across this interesting track called “Everything Is Legal” performed by Oreaganomics. This opening track is typical punk, it starts off extremely loud and attacks the main themes, which are anti-establishment and rebellion against all the silly things we take for granted. Starting with the opening guitar, you get the feel of rebellious youth – it is like having a rush of adrenalin through your system. It is their way of observing the hilarity of the state of the legal system, and, boy, it will make one pause for a moment to reflect on what burgeoning normalcy is. The rhythm just does not stop, and those growling and hissing vocals are seething with anger. They reach out and feel as if you are right there in the center of the audience, muttering along to a protest song. The instruments are powerful, raw and direct – which tell a story of a catastrophe that imposes itself with full force and never backs down. Literally, “Everything Is Legal” isn’t just an mp3 you listen to, it takes you to the craziness, makes you get up on fire, and leaves you with some ‘what if’ scenarios in your mind. Spin it; it’s a crazy one, but a ride that is worth taking.
